McKenzie E. Lee is a Washington D.C. native but moved to the Midwest to complete her undergraduate and graduate education. McKenzie earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science at the University of Missouri and earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.

In law school, McKenzie was the Treasurer for the Student Bar association and chaired the Budget Committee from 2019 until 2021. McKenzie also clerked at the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian, Domestic Relations Division, throughout her time in law school. McKenzie was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in November 2021.

McKenzie joined the firm in 2022 as an associate attorney representing clients in real estate transactions and commercial and real estate litigation matters. She joined the work because of her interest in business and to be exposed to a wide array of commercial matters.  In her free time, McKenzie loves to read and watch British murder mysteries and whodunits.
