Jason M. Baltuch is a Miami, Florida native and earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.  In law school, Jason was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and served as a Teaching Assistant for first-year legal writing students.  Jason also served as a Law Student Volunteer in the Juvenile Justice Division of the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender.

Jason began clerking at the firm in 2022, and after being admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2023, joined the firm as an associate attorney concentrating his practice in commercial litigation.

Outside of the law practice, Jason hopes to one day see the Dolphins win the Super Bowl (he tries not to get his hopes too high).
